Move Notes - This applies to any move with a pushspin in it. Men, you must make sure that you push down and away with your left hand. If you are a little unsure of yourself you will find that the automatic thing to do is to half heartedly push straight forwards with your left hand. This means that the resultant flailing arm will be extremely close to your partner, at face level, while she spins. If you push down and forwards you should find that your partner spins more evenly as well as being a little safer.
