1	Draw a semi circle to the right and as you both step back, men, offer your left hand down by your right hip.
2	As you both step in, men, bring your right hand to your left hip so that your arms are folded in front of you with your hands at waist level. Ladies, take hold of the man’s offered hand.
3	Men, extend your right arm out to the right, keeping your hands down at waist level, to pivot the ladies out to the right. Ladies, step back right foot behind left.
4	Men, pivot ½ turn to your right to face your partner as you throw both hands over to the right at waist level, letting go, to spin your ladies one complete turn anticlockwise.
5	Both step back catching with whichever hand is needed for the next move.
