DYD DVD's Now Available
We know that sometimes it's a
bit impractical to learn to dance in front of your computer,
sometimes there just isn't enough space. For this reason
many of the moves that are available on
www.danceyourselfdizzy.com are now also available on one of
our new DVD's. Currently 2 DVD's are available taking you
from the very basics through all of the beginner moves and
on to 30 of the core intermediate moves. For more details

Monthly Freestyles
At West Totton Community Centre
Our next Totton freestyle is on Saturday
10th May and then the second
Saturday or each month throughout the year. So far our Totton Freestyle nights have been a massive success with a
full dance floor and a fantastic atmosphere every time. So if
you didn't get to any of our previous freestyles then be sure to come to
our next Freestyle at Totton, on Saturday 10th May and
sample for yourself the great atmosphere and music!

Music Tracks and Videos
The
Music Pages
of our web site now contain a list of current tracks that you
may have heard at recent dance nights. All of the tracks listed
are recently released and the list itself is regularly updated
to include any new tracks of interest. As an added extra you can
also view the videos that accompany each track, just so that you
have something to keep you interested in those long, dull, hours
at work.
This Weeks
Moves
You can now view a brief description of all of the moves that we
teach at our regular class nights, via our web site. Every week
we will be adding a brief description of the moves that we do in
all of our Intermediate classes so that you can go online to
remind yourself of what you did. These descriptions are designed
to be a memory jogger for those who attended the classes rather
than a training aid for those learning the moves from scratch.
We know how many people have trouble remembering the moves that
they did in a class the previous week and we hope that this will
