Move Notes - The Shoulder Slide is similar to moves such as the Step Across and the Side to Side in as much as they are all moves that do not require you to use your spare arm (man's right arm, ladies left arm). This means that it is very easy to leave that unused arm down by your side and basically forget about it. This can make the move look very wooden and uninteresting. If you come across a move like this be sure to put some movement in to the arm that you are not using, simply bending the arm or swinging it slightly is all that is needed to improve the look of the move.
